The catalyst is used in the low-temperature shift process at ammonia and hydrogen plants in the temperature range 190 - 360 °C, at the pressures up to 3.0 MPa, steam to gas ratio range of 0.4 – 0.8, dry converted gas space velocities range of 2000 - 5000 h-1, inlet CO content (2,5 ± 1,5) vol %.

 Due to specially developed phase composition of the catalyst, it does not warm up when activated, so the activation time reduces 1.5 - 2 times.

The catalyst has proven effective in the process of dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol in the temperature range 200 - 310 °C and at the pressure 0.03 MPa (caprolactam production), as well as in monomethylaniline synthesis.

 Low-temperature reduction technology is developed for using the catalyst in the cyclohexanol dehydrogenation which improves catalyst performance.

 The catalyst is used for process gases desulfurization, for example, low-temperature benzene desulfurization, due to low particles size.

On the customer request, the catalyst may be produced as tablets (6.0 ± 0.5) mm in diameter and (4.0 ± 0.5) mm long, as well as of other zinc and copper content.
