Catalysts of your success!

The catalysts of GTT and GT series are used to neutralize the residual ozone in processes of the water ozonation, waste water treatment, paper bleaching, air deodorization, etc. The catalysts can also be used for the organic impurities (xylene, toluene, benzene, styrene, etc.) removal from the waste gases, both using ozone and without it, as well as for CO oxidation.

The catalysts of the GT series contain no nickel and therefore can be used for the processes with enhanced environmental safety.

The catalysts of GTT series have higher activity.

Сatalytic properties: ozone conversion rate – 75÷95%, for the process with a low space velocity the conversion rate reaches 99%, the ozone content in purified gas – not more than 5·10-5 vol.% (at temperatures of 20÷120 °C and atmospheric pressure); organic impurities removal by means ofcomplete oxidation at temperatures of 250 ÷ 450 °C with the conversion rate of 91÷99%.

On the customer request,the GTT-f and GT-f catalysts can be produced with a diameter 2.5±0.5 mm and length 3.0÷15.0 mm, in this case the splittingstrength index is not less than 0.9 kg/mm of granule’s diameter; all other parameters are as in the table above.
