        The catalysts of NIAP-15-12 series are used to purify process gases (N2, Ar, H2, He) from oxygen, waste gases – from O2, CO, NH3, and for deep methane oxidation.

The catalysts are used for the catalytic purification of process gases from oxygen at the temperatures of 150 ÷ 800 °С, pressures of 0,025 ÷ 30 MPa, space velocities of 500 ÷ 25000 hour-1 and with oxygen content in feed gas in two-stage purification of argon not more than 4 vol% and of nitrogen – not more than 7 vol%. The catalysts provide the residualoxygen content not more than 0.0005 vol% under the conditions mentioned above.

        The ANKS-11 catalyst is used for the processes based on the Claus reaction:

2S + SO2 ↔Sn + 2Н2О

at temperatures from 200 °С up to 400 °С for the Claus reactor and from 120 °С up to 150 °С (adsorption stage) and up to 400 °С (regeneration stage) for the Sulphren reactor of gas processing plants.

       The catalysts of GTT and GT series are used to neutralize the residual ozone in processes of the water ozonation, waste water treatment, paper bleaching, air deodorization, etc. The catalysts can also be used for the organic impurities (xylene, toluene, benzene, styrene, etc.) removal from the waste gases, both using ozone and without it, as well as for CO oxidation.

        The catalysts of the KATRAM series are used for methanol catalytic decomposition in water-methanol mixtures at temperatures of 280 °С ÷ 360 °С and pressures up to 6 MPa. with methanol content up to 5 wt%. The conversion rate of methanol at 300 °С (all other conditions being the same as mentioned above) is not less than 0.98.
