чччч The catalyst is designed for the steam conversion of hydrocarbons in tubular furnaces for the production of ammonia, methanol and hydrogen. The catalyst is a promoted nickel oxide deposited on heat-resistant porous corundum spherical granules with seven channels. The unique shape of the catalyst granules makes it possible to significantly reduce the pressure drop along the tubular furnace with increased productivity, reduce the temperature of the pipes, and increase the load of the furnace on natural gas. The catalyst is easily poured into the reaction tubes, forming the most homogeneous layer possible, contributing to efficient heat and mass transfer. The catalyst layer moves easily, like a liquid, with thermal contraction of the pipes during cooling, or expansion during heating.
