чччч The catalyst is designed for steam conversion of hydrocarbon gases, in particular natural gas, in tubular furnaces for the production of ammonia, methanol and hydrogen. It can be used in mine converters in the process of steam-air and steam-oxygen conversion of natural gas, as well as for the production of reducing gas and ammonia dissociation in metallurgy and metalworking. The catalyst is a promoted nickel oxide deposited on heat-resistant porous corundum cylindrical granules with biconvex ends and seven channels. The special shape of the catalyst granules makes it possible to reduce the pressure drop along the tubular furnace, reduce the temperature of the pipes, and increase the load of the furnace on natural gas.
